BPS students, parents, and staff are back to fully remote learning once again due to COVID-19. These setbacks can make it hard to stay inspired. But this Halloween, Boston youth and families can be energized with an afternoon of community, fun, and sole at the Sole Train Virtual 5K! The festivities kick off Saturday, October 31st at 2pm with special guests, a virtual run, an Old Sole-led workout and a community chat.

Register today and find out how you can get in on the fun!
Like the rest of society, the nonprofit sector faces deep equity and inclusion challenges
while we also navigate the realities of the pandemic. It is even more important for leaders to create trauma inclusive workspaces, including remote work environments. Skills for Trauma Inclusive Leadership is for anyone who would like to develop a racially equitable understanding of trauma and the ways that it manifests in the workplace. To begin to develop concrete skills for supervision, decision-making, and other functions register here by October 30th.

Emerging Leaders Learning Circle is a 6-month workshop series where mid-level leaders will learn and explore tools and frameworks to incorporate racial equity and trauma inclusion into their management practices. Contact Aria Pierce to learn more and register today.
We invite your financial support for TBC's vital and timely racial equity work serving our city's youth and the adults who serve them.
