I recently updated my old website. I did the original design 20 years ago and it did not display well on cell phones. Larger text size and newer images were added. In addition, the site was upgraded from http to https (more secure).

This photo was taken near Lodi California the year before I moved to Reno.

I served in the Air Force for four years. After a year in Vietnam, my last year in the military I was stationed at Beale Air Force base California (near Sacramento).

During that final year in the military, I would on occasion come to Reno drawn by the bright city lights and excitement of the casinos.

Prior to my Real Estate career, I worked in Casino management for 22 years at the Peppermill Hotel Casino in Reno, Nevada.

I have been working in the residential real estate industry since 2004. I have a reputation based on honesty, integrity and knowledge. Among my achievements, I was the #1 Exclusive BUYER AGENT in the Reno/Sparks Area FIVE years in a row.

I was an Art major in college. I designed my own website from scratch. I created the logo for Real Estate of Reno Sparks and designed my own business card.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Kelly Richmond of Reno has successfully completed the REALTOR e-PRO course to become one of a few real estate professionals to earn the prestigious certification offered by the National Association of REALTORS.®    

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.    

The Real Estate Owned Certification is a designation given to real estate professionals who have completed course work related the BPO and REO process. This course work provides a thorough understanding of the complex procedures, guidelines, timeframes, and tasks the Outsourcers, Banks and Lenders demand.
