Warm-ups for the 10-and-unders for Prelims -- a better plan.
Wednesday:
On Wednesday, the 10-and-under GIRLS hit the warm-up pool first for 20-minutes.
Then the 10-and-under BOYS get the warm-up pool for a 20-minute period after the girls.
Finally, everyone gets to do sprints for the final 5-minutes to the end of the warm-up period.
Thursday:
Boys are first into warm-up.
Friday:
Girls are first into warm-up.
Saturday:
Boys are first into warm-up.
