Wayward yard waste could result in a fine this fall.
In previous years, Riverdale hasn't done much to urge residents to keep their wayward leaves and yard waste out of the street. But after a hard winter made even more difficult by frozen leaves and other debris, the City looks to take a more aggressive approach to dealing with this annual problem.
