Greenwood School Among Welding Workforce Grant Recipients


Central Nine Career Center in Greenwood is one of 11 schools from around the country to receive a workforce grant from the AWS Foundation in Florida. The grant provides funding for materials, equipment, and improved computer technology for training systems. This is part of the Foundation’s ongoing effort to train and prepare the next generation of welders going into the industry.
