SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
THURSDAY, MARCH 22ND 6:00PM

Following the February 12, 2018 Town Board meeting where a contingent of electors spoke strongly for a full rather than partial gymnasium in the proposed new Community Center, the Town Board will meet again with its consultant to consider options for satisfying this need. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
OUTDOOR RECREATION PLANNING COMMITTEE

The Town Board is looking for citizen volunteers for a new committee to help plan expansion of town outdoor recreation facilities in the vicinity of the Community Center and baseball fields. Lois Ruediger at Business Connection wishes to remind local organizations to reserve their 2018 Community Center or Town parks meetings and events space. Reservations are not carried over from year to year. Reservations for 2018 must be made with Business Connection at 715-542-2881 or businessconnection155@gmail.com .
The Independence Day Committee will begin planning the town's 2018 celebration when it meets on March 8th, 5:30pm in room 2 of the Community Center. Anyone with an interest in helping is welcome to attend.

Local elections on April 3 ballot:
  1. Incumbent Town Board Supervisor Ted Ritter is being challenged by Jack Bourgeois
  2. Incumbent Town Board Supervisor John Vojta is not re-running. The two candidate choices for that seat are Brian Cooper and Tim Clark.
  3. Incumbent St. Germain Ward II County Board Supervisor Marv Anderson is being challenged by Mark Rogacki. (See the "Voting and Elections" page of the town website for maps of St. Germain Wards I & II.)
