Moreno Valley Enforces Anti-Fireworks Laws
Fireworks are the Moreno Valley Police Department’s top non-emergency priority. Officers are patrolling on the ground and in the air looking for violators.

Not only are they dangerous and potentially deadly, using fireworks can result in jail time and up to $3,500 in fines.

Fireworks, they’re just not worth it. Visit www.moval.org/fireworks for more information.
Get The MVP Advantage Today!
Are you a Moreno Valley business owner?

The new MoVal Vendor Preference or MVP program offers Moreno Valley small businesses a competitive advantage on Cit bids for goods, equipment, supplies, and materials. Qualifying Moreno Valley small businesses may be eligible for a 5% preference when submitting bids to the City for consideration.
Qualifying small businesses must meet the following criteria:
  • Have a current Moreno Valley business license for the past 12 months
  • Occupy a physical business location within Moreno Valley
  • Have a valid resale license issued from the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration
