Celebrate MoVal at this year's State of the City Address
The Moreno Valley community is invited to join Mayor Yxstian Gutierrez for the State of the City Address on August 19, 2021, at 11 a.m. at the Moreno Valley Conference and Recreation Center.

The State of the City address is a snapshot of the accomplishments and challenges of the past year, as well as the City's plans for the future. The theme for this year's address is "Stronger than Ever." Amid a difficult year, MoVal is emerging from the global pandemic with stronger community ties and a stronger local economy.

Second Electric Car Manufacturer Selects
Moreno Valley
The City of Moreno Valley has added a second electric vehicle manufacturer as it welcomes vehicle producer AYRO Inc. to the local business community.

Karma Automotive, which first brought luxury electric vehicle manufacturing to Moreno Valley in 2015, has now teamed up with AYRO Inc. to produce sustainable cargo and fleet vehicles which are expected to shape the future of delivery. Moreno Valley's Economic Development Team proudly welcomes this new automaker to MoVal's collection of over 4,500 businesses.

Motown Masters and a Family-Friendly Favorite at Next Week's MoVal Rocks/MoVal Movies
If you missed The Smokin' Cobras at yesterday's MoVal Rocks concert, you still have plenty of time to catch Stone Soul next week on July 29 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at our brand new Civic Center Amphitheater. Stone Soul are masters of the Motown sound, playing all your favorite hits from the 60s and 70s.

The following day, be sure to catch a screening of the recent Disney/Pixar hit, "Onward" on July 30 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. "Onward" is a fun and family-friendly movie that tells the story of two elf brothers who embark on the adventure of a lifetime.

Teddy is our Pet of the Week, and he’s a two-year-old Terrier mix. A sweet and calm pup, this furry little guy is as cute, and cuddly as the stuffed bear he gets his name from. One visit with Teddy and you won’t be able to sleep at night without your “Teddy Bear.”
