Watch Your Community Maintain
the Beauty of Moreno Valley
In our latest edition of Moreno Valley at Work, we highlight our latest and most successful Beautify MoVal Community Day of Service.

Hundreds of your fellow community members came together on Saturday, November 13 to maintain the beauty of Celebration Park and Towngate Memorial Park. Community members of all ages painted curbs, planted trees, and showcased the power of community pride.

Watch the video here, and stay tuned for our next Beautify MoVal event!
Celebrate the Holiday Season at Our
Snow Day and Tree Lighting Ceremony
The holiday season is here, and our annual Snow Day and Tree Lighting Ceremony is just days away!

Join us on Saturday, December 4 from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. as we transform our Civic Center Amphitheater into a beautiful winter wonderland with real snow! The event is $5 for residents and $8 for non-residents.

Afterward, stick around for our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:45 p.m. in front of City Hall. We'll light up our iconic 30-foot-tall Holiday Tree, and a certain jolly someone will be making a special appearance.

Join the fun! For more information, visit movalparks.org
Join Us as we Hike to the M this Saturday
Our last Hike to the Top event of the year is our best one yet! Join us on Saturday, November 20 at 7 am as we hike to the iconic M on Box Springs Mountain.

This 4.8 mike trail is a strenuous hike with elevation gains and challenging terrain, so novice hikers should take caution and properly prepare with plenty of water, sunscreen, snacks, and a good pair of hiking boots.

We will meet at the bottom of the trail at 23100 Cougar Canyon Drive before starting the hike. Visit movalparks.org for more information or call us at 951.413.3280
Pet of the Week: Oscar
Our Pet of the Week is Oscar, a lovable one-year-old white and cream Terrier mix who is filled with nothing but love and compassion. Oscar is simply one of those dogs that you can’t help but fall in love with—give him a pet and you won’t be able to resist his charms.

If you would like to make Oscar or any pet from the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter part of your family, please contact the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter at 951.413.3790 or visit moval.org/pets.
