Moreno Valley's Newest Park Opens Next Week
The grand opening of Santiago Park, Moreno Valley’s 33rd park, is less than a week away!

Mayor Yxstian Gutierrez and the Moreno Valley City Council will dedicate MoVal’s newest park on Wednesday, March 23, at 2 pm.

Santiago Park features a state-of-the-art playground, a walking trail, acres of green space, and an exercise area that can be used for 84 different exercises!

Santiago Park is located at 24731 Tiger Ave, next to March Middle School.

Get Rid of Documents at the City's Free
Drive-Thru Shred Event
The City of Moreno Valley is hosting a free Shred Event on Saturday, March 26, from 8 am to 12 pm or until the truck is full. The Shred Event is a safe and easy way to dispose of all your confidential or sensitive documents properly. 

For free, on-site shredding, residents can bring up to three banker-sized boxes or three 33-gallon bags per household.

The Shred Event will be held at the City Yard, located at 15670 Perris Blvd.

Learn How to Help During a Disaster
Are you prepared for a disaster? If not, Moreno Valley has you covered.

The City of Moreno Valley’s Office of Emergency Management will be offering free Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training from March 25 through March 27, 2022.

The CERT course consists of 20 hours of hands-on and classroom training to get you adequately prepped to help out during an emergency.

Our Pet of the Week is Nancy, a lovable, three-legged Pit Bull who just turned five. Nancy is a total sweetheart, and she loves to show affection to anyone she meets.
