Dump Your Large Bulky Items for Free

Do you have a big appliance or household item to throw away? Stop by our Free Dump Day on Saturday, February 11, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Waste Management transfer station, 17700 Indian Street. 


Acceptable items include washers/dryers, TVs, microwaves, refrigerators, box springs, mattresses, patio furniture, e-waste, green waste, and more!


Items not accepted include any chemicals, pesticides, oils, paints, batteries, engines, tires, propane tanks, or fluorescent light tubes.

Join Us as We Illuminate Victoriano Park with New Soccer Field Lights

Big news, Moreno Valley—Victoriano Park is getting new soccer field lights!


Join the City Council and your fellow neighbors on Monday, January 30, at 4:45 p.m. as we officially flip the switch on brand-new LED soccer field lights at Victoriano Park. Light refreshments will be available. 


These new lights are part of how the City is enhancing Moreno Valley's parks throughout 2023, allowing them to stay beautiful for decades to come.

Report Crimes Anonymously to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department

Did you know the Riverside County Sheriff's Department has an easy-to-use method to report crime anonymously?


The Sheriff's online WeTip system lets you choose which crime to report, where it occurred, and any additional info that may help officers. This tip line allows you to discreetly and easily report an issue directly from your phone or computer.

A Visit to Bethune Park

Bethune Park boasts six acres of beautiful green space next to Mary McLeod Bethune Elementary School. Bethune Park has a playground, picnic shelters, baseball and softball fields, and a soccer field, but it makes a splash during the summer thanks to its unique water features. 


Located at 16745 Kitching Street, Bethune Park is a gorgeous park for residents to enjoy.

Pet of the Week: Hunter

Our Pet of the Week is Hunter, a super sweet one-year-old German Shepherd/Chow Chow mix. Hunter is an energetic boy who loves to have fun with just about anyone. He’s a great family dog who is well-trained and knows several commands. Give Hunter the forever home he deserves, and he’ll be your best friend for life.
