Moreno Valley's Art Community Comes Alive at the Civic Center Amphitheater

Saturday's first ever Festival of Arts was a brilliant display of Moreno Valley's artist community!


Scores of residents from across the region celebrated the finest visual and performing artists from MoVal and beyond at the Civic Center Amphitheater. The festival featured talented painters, chalk artists, thrilling dance groups, delicious food vendors, and more!


The Festival of Arts was an unforgettable experience for art aficionados of all ages.

Sorry Kids, this Egg Hunt Is for Grown-Ups

Let's get ready to scramble, MoVal! Our first-ever Adult Flashlight Egg Scramble will be on Saturday, April 1, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Lasselle Sports Park.


This 18-and-over event will feature a live DJ, great food, and exciting prizes. We’ll be turning off the lights and hiding thousands of eggs all over the park for a chance to win gaming systems, an HDTV, and more! The egg hunt will happen in the dark, so be sure to bring your flashlight!

Join Our Spring Day Camp Next Week

Attention Campers: our Spring Day Camp starts next week!


Moreno Valley's Spring Day Camp will take place on March 20-24 and March 27-30 at the Conference & Recreation Center, located at 14075 Frederick Street. Campers will enjoy exciting art projects, games, music, fun recreational activities, and so much more! Two snacks will be provided daily.


Our Day Camp is perfect for kids and teens ages 6-14. Space is limited, so don’t miss out!

Moreno Beach Bridge Closure Set for Next Week

Starting Monday, March 20, until Wednesday, March 29, Moreno Beach Drive from Eucalyptus Ave to Ironwood Ave, as well as the 60 freeway ramps at Moreno Beach Drive, will be closed.


During the closure, Skanska will be constructing the necessary pavement additions to shift traffic from the existing bridge to the newly constructed bridge, which includes modifications to the ramps. 


The 60 freeway will not be impacted by the closure. The date and time are subject to change, pending any unforeseen events.

Pet of the Week: Baxter

Our Pet of the Week is Baxter, a super sweet six-year-old Beagle/Pug Mix. Baxter is always eager to make new friends, and he is one of those dogs you can’t help but love! He is great with families and makes for an excellent companion pup. Make Baxter’s day by giving him the home he deserves.
