Business License Renewals Due January 31st!

The deadline to renew your business license is January 31st!


Attention all Moreno Valley businesses: The deadline to submit your business license renewal request is fast approaching, so please make sure to submit your request ASAP.

We've made online renewal easier than ever, and we've even put together a step-by-step video for you to follow.


As a reminder, renewal notices were mailed out the second week of December 2024, and the deadline to submit the electronic form and payment is January 31st, 2025.

A Workshop Veterans will Really Dig!

Join us for a free, hands-on gardening workshop designed specifically for veterans! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced gardener, this program offers the perfect opportunity to connect with nature, learn new skills, and engage with fellow military veterans.

 

Our two-session workshop combines classroom instruction with practical gardening experience, guided by expert UC Master Gardeners of Riverside County.

  • Workshop 2: Wednesday, February 19, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Wake Up, Get Up, and Hike Up!

Join fellow outdoor enthusiasts for a hike to Hidden Springs on Saturday, January 25th, at 7:30 a.m. for Moreno Valley’s first “Hike to the Top” event of the year. Hikers will meet at Hidden Springs Park near the Hidden Springs Elementary School parking lot, located at 9675 Hidden Springs Drive.


With an “Easy” trail rating, the Hidden Springs hike is 3.3 miles long, with smooth terrain, slow, gradual climbs, and elevation changes of 160 feet. Please note that there are no restrooms available on the hike, and strollers are not recommended due to some rolling hills along the trail.

Pet of the Week: Josie

Our Pet of the Week is Josie, a five-year-old, female, black and white Shepherd and Siberian Husky mix.


Josie is as sweet and gentle as they come. She is very playful, with a quirky smile and beautiful brown eyes. She is perfect for a family looking for a pet that enjoys outdoor adventures, and fun in the park or backyard.
