We conclude the 2024–2025 chapter year proud of all we've accomplished and excited about the bright futures of this year’s graduates. At the same time, we eagerly welcome our incoming Freshmen and look forward to all they will achieve.

Now is the perfect time to renew your membership, invite others to join, and be part of the meaningful work we do supporting current and future students and building impactful partnerships within our communities.

Juneteenth is the oldest nationally/internationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States.

From its Galveston, Texas origin in 1865, the observance of June 19th as the African American Emancipation Day has spread across the United States and beyond.

Today Juneteenth commemorates African American freedom and emphasizes education and achievement. It is a time for reflection and rejoicing. It is a time for assessment, self-improvement and for planning the future.

Across the country, people of all races, nationalities and religions are joining hands to truthfully acknowledge a period in our history that shaped and continues to influence our society today.

Come out for an exciting night of strikes, spares, and school spirit all in support of Morgan State University NJ Alumni Chapter! Whether you're a bowling pro, just in it for the fun, or a spectator we’d love to see you there.

The Minnesota Vikings bolstered their defense officially signing defensive lineman Elijah Williams to their roster. Williams, who impressed the coaching staff during the team's rookie minicamp as a tryout participant, earned himself a contract and a chance to compete for a spot on the final roster.

The addition of Williams brings a young and hungry player into the Vikings' defensive mix, adding depth and competition to a unit looking to improve its performance in the upcoming season. His successful tryout provides Williams with a valuable opportunity to prove himself at the NFL level. Your MSU NJ Alumni Chapter is proud and cheering you on every step of the way go show them what Bears are made of!

Membership: Our Chapter year runs from July 1 - June 30 and payment of Chapter dues are now being accepted. We welcome Morgan alumni to join now as new members for the year 2024-2025 and encourage returning members to renew a lapsed membership in the New Jersey Chapter today.

• $85 for non-Life Members (both local chapter and national dues)
• $50 for Life Members (Alumni local chapter only)
• $35 for Associate Members (Non-Alumni local chapter only)

There are three (3) ways you can pay your chapter dues: PayPal, if using PayPal please add $3.00 to cover their fee; Zelle, send to msunaanj@gmail.com. There is no fee to use Zelle; or mail your check to MSUAA-NJ Chapter, P.O. Box 6134, Somerset, NJ 08875.

Morganites may pay their dues for no more than two consecutive years.
