Good Friday morning,
You guessed it—bulls are still living in paradise, with the S&P now up 12% so far in 2025! New all-time highs were hit across the board, with the exception of the Russell 2000, but it's getting ever closer to its all-time high of 2,466. The RUT closed at 2,421 yesterday.
All systems are still a go for now, but as we keep melting up higher and higher, the probability of a liquidation break increases by the minute. I'm not saying I know when this break will happen—it may or may not be today—but it's time to stay alert and focused.
📊 In the profile pic and key levels below, futures are mixed, and price in the /ES is currently trading between two very key levels for today:
• POC at 6,591.75
• VAL (Value Area Low) and top of the spike at 6,581.25
This range will tell us if buyers are still present—or if sellers take over. If price moves above the POC, look for VAH, the prior high, and upper targets at 6,615–6,625. If sellers push price below 6,581.25, then watch for the overnight low and prior half-back at 6,576, followed by lower targets at 6,565–6,555.
Keep it simple today, my friends—these levels tell us everything.
