In this time of isolation, fearfulness and social distancing - it is important to be together and practice social solidarity.
In that spirit, starting tomorrow, Wednesday March 18th, Robert Beatty
will be broadcasting live from 7 AM till 7:45 AM.
The morning will begin with a poem then a sit for 30 minutes, then a bit of discussion.
