Immunization Records

Licensed preschool programs are required to have a copy of
each student's immunization records on file.

You may bring a hard copy to Open House or send them via email to the preschool director at ckastrup@lincoln.ne.gov.
Photos

We would like to label children's cubbies inside the classroom with a photo, prior to Open House and the start of school. These will be printed in black and white at the Nature Center.

Please email a photo of your child to ckastrup@lincoln.ne.gov

We also would like to display a family photo for each child, a 4x6 family photo can be brought to Open House.
Family Handbook

Please read the handbook closely for information regarding our preschool policies, including illnesses. This will be included in each monthly newsletter as well, but we ask families to become familiar with it at the beginning of the year.
Allergies

We serve a daily snack at Nature Preschool, and may encounter tree nuts on our hikes. If your child has an allergy or dietary restriction, or requires the use of an Epi-pen or other emergency medication please contact the preschool director so we can make a plan to meet their needs and ensure their safety while at preschool.
Monthly Tuition Information

Pre-K tuition fees: $155/month

Preschool tuition is calculated according to the number of days the program is scheduled to be in session throughout the year and is divided into nine equal monthly installments. Payments are due on the 1st of the month from September through May. We accept multiple forms of payment listed below.

ACH Payments: Have your monthly payment taken automatically out of your checking or savings account. We will provide the form for this closer to the beginning of the school year. The form must be turned in at least 5 days prior to the first month you would like to start utilizing the option. This option can be started any month throughout the school year.

Online Payments: Go to parks.lincoln.ne.gov, click the green “ePay” button. Log on to or sign up for a MyInterlinc account to access your child's payables. If you have ever paid your water bill, pet license, or a parking ticket online, you already have an account. Call us if you need help.

Over the Phone Payments: Call the Nature Center at 402-441-7895.

Late Payments: There will be a $15.00 fee applied if your child’s tuition is not paid by the 15th of each month. Please set yourself a monthly reminder to pay, if you tend to forget.
