Sunday Worship
Sunday Worship
In the courtyard at 10:00 a.m.
We look forward to seeing you at 10:00 a.m. this Sunday for outdoor worship in the courtyard. Children ages 4 to 11 years of age are invited to join Children's Chapel during Sunday worship. They gather in the outdoor classroom at the flagpole and rejoin their families at the Peace. Children ages 4 & 5 are asked to bring an adult with them to the program. Our final Children's Chapel until fall will be Sunday, June 6.
Morning Prayer
Begins this Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
Our online Sunday worship option is moving back to interactive Zoom services! Grab your Book of Common Prayer and join Deacon Tom Morelli for Morning Prayer at 10:00 a.m. on Zoom. We will continue to host Zoom Sunday services through Labor Day.
Come and Pray, Stay to Play
June dates
Mark your calendar for the June Come and Pray, Stay to Play dates. June 6 will be for our youngest children (ages 1-5) and their families; June 13 for our elementary aged children (ages 6-11) and their families.

Families are invited to enjoy the playground together after church. This time of laughter, freedom, and fun is the perfect way for children and grownups to connect!

For more details about the exciting plans and important protocols for each age group's gathering please visit the Christ Church website.
New Guidance on Masks at Christ Church
Changes at Christ Church
Our new guidance from the bishop allows those who are vaccinated to remove their masks during outdoor worship. Please note that 6ft spacing between family groups must be maintained for us to meet in this manner.

Unvaccinated or immunocompromised persons must continue to be masked on campus. And of course anyone who is more comfortable wearing a mask for any reason is applauded for doing so! We welcome everyone at Christ Church!

It is important to note that our school COVID protocols remain in place. Please come through the church office doors for all onsite meetings during school hours. No one is allowed through the gate or in the courtyard from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and masks will be worn during school hours on the school part of the campus.

Additionally, for the children's safety, please do not park in the church parking lot between 7:30-8:15 a.m. and 2:30-3:15 p.m.

Thank you all so much for your compliance with the ever-changing rules this pandemic season!

Calling All Bakers!
June Pie Sale Approaches
Our annual June pie sale will be virtual again this year. Your Service Ministry team is looking for folks who are willing to make a homemade pie (or two!) for delivery on June 13. Pie baking tins and pie boxes will be provided. If you’d like to make a pie, email Sarah by NEXT MONDAY, May 31 with the type of pie/s you’d like to make. On June 1, we’ll publish our list of pies and offer them for sale! All proceeds will go to RefugeeNet to help send refugee children to Camp Stevens this summer with everything they need for a fun week at camp.

Youth Group
Tuesday Evenings - 6:30 p.m.
In the Pentecost story, the Holy Spirit arrives with a rush of wind and tongues of fire. In an instant, everything has changed. What must it have been like to be in that room? What must it have been like to be a disciple? A little more than a year ago, everything changed in our lives too. There was no wind, just quiet. No fire, but a profound change just the same. In this four-week series, we will reflect on who we are, how we have changed, and where we are headed…both as individuals and as the church!

  • LAST MEETING - NEXT Tuesday, June 1 - 6:30 p.m.
Weekly Offerings
Wednesday Bible Study
Evenings - 6:30 p.m.
As the world recovers and begins to reopen from a truly terrible year, are you looking for a place to enjoy the fellowship of your Christ Church family in a relaxed environment? So are we! Please join us in the church courtyard every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.

We hope you will join us for a discussion on the Bible that feels a little more like what we are: a group of friends who are all interested in each other's thoughts on the Bible. We plan to have a pleasant conversation, properly distanced, in the Christ Church courtyard. TONIGHT, we are reading Numbers 10-18 and Psalm 22. Next week (2 June), we will read and discuss Numbers 19-27 and Psalm 23.

If you are interested in coming, please email Michelle Wolfe to send you a list of resources, including links to videos and podcasts.

If you don't have time to read all the chapters, maybe you have time to watch an easy-to-digest video. If you have a long commute or go for long runs, perhaps a podcast episode will be your flavor.

Any way you want to participate, let's get together!
