The tickets for this year's Youth Dinner & Auction are on sale NOW! Youth and auction representatives will be on hand Sunday morning to sell you all the tickets you'd like! Take the family... take your neighbors and friends. It's the event of the season.

Also, please consider donating to the auction - a hosted experience or outing, teaching a skill, providing services. How about donating a themed goodie basket. We need a lot or items to make this annual fundraiser successful!  See an Auction representative for more information about donating.
Celebrating a Year of Outreach & Giving!

2018 was a generous year in the life of Morningside's outreach and giving!  In addition to hundreds of volunteer hours to many community non-profits and important ministries here at church and more than 4,000 lbs. of donated food to the Jason Lee Food Bank, as a congregation, we also provided financial support to many worthwhile causes:
  • Congregations Helping People  $ 1,600
  • Jason Lee Food Bank  $ 3,700
  • Backpack Lunch Program  $ 2,834
  • Red Shawl Project (Chemawa Indiian School)  $ 1,000
T hank you for your generous giving and ongoing support of these organizations & ministries!

"Living the Way of Love: A 40-Day Devotional (Mary B. Sullivan)"
Reflections follow the practices of The Way of Love: Turn, Learn, Pray, Worship, Bless, Go, Rest. Each devotion includes a passage of scripture, a story, and reflection questions. Sullivan tells stories from her own and others' experiences as a starting point for discussion about how to seek and find a deeper connection to God. Rotating through each practice so that each is covered once a week, going deeper into the practice throughout the forty days, each reflection ends with questions designed to spur further discussion and assist readers in making the practices their own.
