To Teach or Not to Teach

About half the students who join us for yoga teacher training do so for personal development only, the other half also want to teach. This ratio changes as we move through the program.

As a lifestyle practice, what matters most is a genuine interest in learning about yoga for personal development. As the program unfolds you will integrate the practice and you will learn and develop the skills and intuition to share it with others.

Dates and Times:

Our 2023 offering begins May 13 and ends November 26. We meet every second weekend from 12-6:00 p.m.

The Integration Model

There's a lot of information. Having two weeks in between each module gives you time to implement, practice and reflect on what was taught. When the next weekend comes along you're ready for the new experience.

We will begin sitting in chairs addressing the tight muscles in the upper arms and shoulders with gentle exercises using stretch bands.


Next moving to the wall introducing you to self massage using tune up balls on the upper back, shoulder blades and upper arms.

Now that we are relaxed and things are beginning to move, we go to the mat and the foam roller for some lovely healing for the neck and shoulders.

This workshop will give you so many helpful techniques to keep your upper back happy and healthy.

We are thrilled to welcome Victoria of Soul Stones Studio to Beyond!

Join Victoria to create your own natural mandala stone. This workshop will introduce you to the healing qualities of the mandala using the dotting art technique. This is a unique experience, a relaxing journey – and a practice in creative mindfulness. Also super fun!

Developing a regular meditation practice has a cumulative positive impact on physical, mental and emotional health.

Practice and experience guided meditation practices to increase your mental strength and clarity, improve your self awareness, enhance your focus and concentration and improve overall health and wellness.

Each week a different meditation and hand mudra will be explored, including Prana / Mantra Meditation, Body Scan Meditation, Visualization Meditation, Chakra Meditation and more!


Chairs will be available. Please bring your yoga mat for our prone meditations and final relaxation.

Offered in progression of Reiki I, II and Masters Level, Reiki I will provide you with powerful tools for personal growth and healing skills. You will learn how to use reiki for yourself and others. These skills can be shared professionally, privately or you can combine them with skills you already have.

Everyone Can Access This Energy

Reiki is easy and quick to learn. Use it regularly and it will change your life. You can’t beat that!

  • Draw from a bigger energy source in your daily life, or add a deeper dimension to your daily work
  • Add to your self-care toolbox, or deepen your relationship with yourself, your family, or your environment
  • Work in this field, or add this as a compliment to what you already do
  • Strengthen your resiliency as you walk through life’s challenges
