Active Commute Fridays

To encourage healthy living and an active lifestyle, the City of Fort Wayne will host Active Commute Fridays this spring and summer. The next event will be held on Friday, May 17 from 6:30 a.m.-  8:30 a.m. at the Skyline YMCA at 838 S. Harrison.

Freimann Square

Lunch on the Square presented by Lutheran Health Network returns to Freimann Square with live music for people to enjoy outside during lunch. Grab lunch to-go at one of the many great Downtown eateries and celebrate your summer in Downtown Fort Wayne! Enjoy the shade, available seating, fountains, and a great view of Downtown.

Stop in and see Holly, server and bartender, at Caliente Cuban this week! You have to try their vegetarian tamale, black bean soup, and rice of the day. It will change your life.

Embassy Theatre

Famed astrophysicist and best-selling author Neil deGrasse Tyson - the host of Cosmos A Spacetime Odyssey on FOX, and NOVA ScienceNOW and Origins on PBS returns to Fort Wayne by popular demand on May 21 with a fun, family friendly evening designed to help unravel the mysteries of modern science.

Saturday, May 18, grab your friends (even your furry pals!) and prepare to pedal at Pedal for Paws! Pedal for Paws is a unique event in Fort Wayne, and it is pet friendly! Attendees can tour the town on pedal car bikes, or relax at Pedal City Bar enjoying music on the patio.
