MCI now has Quick Serve for Non-TEFAP Distributions

Do you have non-TEFAP distributions not currently being recorded in MCI?

The MCI platform now has a "Quick Serve" feature, which will allow you to record returning neighbor visits in just one click!

MONTHLY FOCUS: Change in Password Requirements

Feeding America has recently enhanced password security requirements and our team is in the process of updating agency MCI passwords to align with these requirements.

Soon you will receive an email with the date that your password will change, as well as instructions on accessing the new password, and updating your browser's saved password. A few things to keep in mind as we approach this change:

Make sure the password has been updated for all intake devices.

Write the new password down so it can be referenced as a backup.

Be sure to try the new password before your next distribution to avoid any delays in logging in.

If the date provided does not work for your team (e.g., you're out of town or unavailable to make the update before your next distribution, etc.) just let us know - we are flexible!

Reminders

If a device powers down or gets overheated, you can use a smart phone to complete intake. Just visit: network.neighborintake.org and enter your agency's access credentials. If not connected to wi-fi, data rates may apply.

If for some reason you are unable to complete live intake in MCI, you can always back-date entries to ensure all of your neighbors and visits have been captured. Click here for instructions on back-dating entries.
