2017 SNOHOMISH COUNTY GOOD SCOUT BREAKFAST

Keynote Speaker - Brad Tilden, CEO of Alaska Airlines

Brad Tilden serves as the Chairman and CEO of Alaska Air Group, which oversees Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air. A Seattle native, Tilden grew up a few miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, where he developed an early love of aviation. He often rode his bike to the airport to watch Alaska jets take off and land.

PROPERTIES REPORT

With the generosity of the M.J. Murdock Trust we are very close to having all of our current projects fully funded. In fact, we are $60,000 shy of making all of our current building plans a reality. The Murdock Trust as part of their grant requires that we have the project funding sources all identified prior to receiving their funds. That means that in the next month or two we will be asking you for help.

CABELA'S OUTDOOR FUND GRANT

By Gary Hoffman: VP for Community & Donor Relations

The trout in Fire Mountain's Lake Challenge are in big trouble this year, due to a very generous  donation from the Cabela's Outdoor Fund. Our  Scouts are going to have the use of new fishing  rods, reels, terminal tackle and bait while they work  on earning their Fishing Merit Badges or just  spending some time wetting a line at the lake.
