Winter Update

The Sanctuary is Reopening January 1st

We had hoped that our December newsletter would be an announcement that our new bridge has been installed, but the wheels of bureaucracy turn very slow, and in the meantime we are still waiting and still using our small foot bridge for access to the Sanctuary. However, we are still re-opening January 1^st, whether or not the bridge is in, but on a very limited basis during January, February and March. We are offering week and month-long residential stays inside the lodge for those who need a quite winter getaway. If you are interested in a residential stay and want more information, send your inquiry to lightweave@aol.com.

We have some paid work available for those with carpentry or handyman skills, so let us know if you would be interested in this. We are also accepting daytime volunteers who would like to spend the day at the Sanctuary helping us with various recovery projects. We are no longer officially a business but simply a private residence which welcomes family and friends. To this end we have established a “Friends Of Mountain Light Association” as the venue for new memberships, and reservations will be limited to members of the Friends Association. If you wish to become a member and continue supporting the Sanctuary you can click here to register as a Friends member. If you register now, your membership will be good through the end of 2026.

Other Projects

During this past year, although I have been away from the Sanctuary, I have not been idle and have given birth to two new projects, The Planetary Transformation Project and the Holy Order of Perpetual Gratitude.

The Holy Order of Perpetual Gratitude.

If you have visited the Sanctuary during the past few years, you will remember that we ring the Gratitude bell four times a day as an invitation for guests and residents to pause for a moment of gratitude for all the blessings of life. Gratitude is one of the highest frequencies one can hold, right next to love, and it can be transformative in one’s life. It was this practice that led to the creation of the Holy Order of Perpetual Gratitude, a spiritual association whose purpose is to aid you in upgrading your frequence through the continuous practice of Gratitude as a venue for personal and planetary transformation. The Planetary Transformation Project

In the midst of so many global challenges, I believe that it is always better to light a candle than to curse the darkness. To that end I have always been dedicated to promoting positive change in the world in terms of peace, freedom, equality, social justice, gender equality, economic opportunity, environmental sustainability and most importantly the transformation of human consciousness, which is the real foundation for creating a positive future. I feel that one way to do this by supporting those grassroots endeavors around the world who are dedicated to positive change by ‘lighting candles’ in the own communities with their various projects. The areas of focus for the Planetary Transformation Project include promoting and supporting Conscious Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Marginalized Communities, Global Changemakers and Empowering At-Risk Youth. Guidance

I continue to be available for Guidance sessions with a focus on dealing with personal concerns and life challenges as well as mentoring in Conscious Creation for using the power of your mind for manifesting your heart’s desire. Sessions are currently available by phone. Once I return to the Sanctuary in May they will be available in person as well, along with Stargate Hypnosis. We have set up a GoFundMe fund to address the many needs we have toward the full restoration of the Sanctuary.
