Good Afternoon Homeowners,
On Monday, June 13th asphalt work will begin on Via Valerosa & Via Ancantara with a full week of asphalt work as indicated on the maps below.
Two areas of concern are mail delivery and trash day.
Mail delivery will be delivered as scheduled each day for Monteloma, Via Valerosa, Via Miramonte, Via Tesoro, and Marbella Court. If in the event mail can't be delivered, all mail will be available for pickup at the La Quinta Post Office at 79125 Corporate Centre Dr, La Quinta, CA 92253 or your mail will be delivered the next day.
Trash day for Monteloma Court, 80330 Via Valerosa, 80325 Via Valerosa, 80335 Via Valerosa, and 80360 Via Valerosa on Wednesday, June 15th will be affected. Management is working with Burrtec to figure out trash pickup for these locations, more information to follow. No other streets will be affected.
