COMMUNITY MAINTENANCE
The Mountain's Edge staff works hard to keep the facilities beautiful and in working order. With 2,500 acres and six parks, there is a lot of ground to cover!
If you notice a maintenance issue, please contact MEMA Facilities so the team can assess and fix the problem as quickly as possible.
If you see graffiti or vandalism, please contact LVMPD at 311 immediately and Community Patrol at 702-429-7180. If you have home security camera footage or video of graffiti being perpetrated, please contact MEMA Facilities so we can partner with you to provide the information to the relevant authorities.
Thank you for your assistance in keeping our community a beautiful place to call home.

QUARTERLY ASSESSMENT
STATEMENT
UPDATE
The second quarter assessment statements for the Mountain's Edge Master Association have begun to be sent out. As a reminder, quarterly assessments are due on April 1st.
When you receive your statement, you may notice a new look with different details than you've seen previously.
To avoid any confusion, we want to highlight some of the changes.
On your new statement detail, in the top right corner where it says
"Late $ + Interest $25.00," indicates the late fee that will be charged if your assessment is received after 4/30/2023.
The "Balance Forward" will indicate whether or not you have an outstanding balance. You don't owe anything additional if your "Balance Forward" amount is $0.00.

Wristband pick-up will begin on March 9, 2023. Wristbands can be picked up during regular office hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and this Saturday, March 11, from 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. with more times being announced soon.
