On June 26, representatives from your HOA2 Board, Invited, Architect Mike Gogel and Irrigation Consultant Marvin Mills, met with the President of Design Reflections, our general contractor for the Mountain View golf course construction project. The meeting was focused on making sure the October 1 completion date was going to be met.
Desert Reflections told the group they were 2-3 weeks behind schedule due to issues related to logistics and manpower. However, they are hiring outside contractors, experts in this work, and adding overtime to address the shortfall. They are also supporting the added manpower with multiple pieces of specialized equipment. These actions are promised to get us back on schedule. The President of Desert Reflections is committed to our project and a very positive outcome. Also, it appears the original costing is holding, with a minor impact on the project contingencies being projected.
