2025 PROJECT PLAY CHAMPIONS PROGRAM

This year, in partnership with Our World Nickelodeon, a global initiative to inspire youth and provide them with tools to activate their individual and collective agency, the Champions program has expanded. The recognition is now available to schools and community-based organizations that are aligned with our shared vision of a youth-centered sports ecosystem. The Project Play Champions program will provide a grant of $1,000 to each selected Champion.


A Project Play Champion applicant must highlight a new action that will launch or take place before December 2025.


Deadline to Apply: May 15, 2025

MOVE UNITED GATEWAY EVENT: EXPLORING INCLUSIVE SPORTS AND RECREATION

Move United invites you to participate in Move United Gateway: Exploring Inclusive Sports and Recreation.


This virtual event will connect Move United member organizations with students and professionals seeking job, internship, and volunteer opportunities in adaptive sports.

MEET MOVE UNITED

BILL SNYDER

CHIEF FINANCIAL AND OPERATING OFFICER

Bill joined Move United in 2010 and splits his time between financial management and overseeing operations. He brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit management to the team. Bill grew up in Northeast Pennsylvania and is married to Becky; they live in Germantown, MD with their children Elizabeth and Billy. Bill holds an undergraduate degree from Penn State University and a graduate certificate in nonprofit studies from Johns Hopkins University. Bill loves hiking and enjoys watching Penn State football. He is currently trying to keep up with his son in Karate.
