The Rundown:
Save the Date for Move United Junior Nationals!
July 16-22 | Metro Denver, CO
The 2022 Move United Junior Nationals presented by The Hartford will take place in Metro Denver, CO from July 16 – 22. Sports on the program include archery, paratriathlon, para powerlifting, shooting, swimming, track and field, and wheelchair tennis. In addition to competition, the week will include educational sessions and clinics for athletes and coaches as well as social activities for all participants to enjoy!

Thanks to the 20+ Move United members who participated in last year's event! We hope to see more of you in 2022!

2022 Adaptive Sports Calendar
We are excited to reveal the 2022 Adaptive Sports Calendar showcasing the power of sport. After receiving nearly 100 submissions, 13 images were selected for this year’s calendar. Thanks to all member organizations who submitted photographs, particularly Angel City Sports, AOEC, Gaylord Sports Association, SUDS, ParaSport Spokane, SPARC USARC, and Vermont Adaptive who are all featured. Every member organization will be receiving a complimentary copy of the calendar.

2022 Move United Education Conference: Calling Presenters!
May 9-11, 2022 | Colorado Springs, CO
Move United is calling all athletes, sport providers, and sport professionals interested in contributing to the pivotal conversations that will comprise the 2022 Move United Education Conference. With the theme of “Challenging Ableism Through Sport: Awareness, Access, and Action,” session submissions should align with one of the following tracks:

  • Accessibility Systems
  • Inclusive Organizational Infrastructure
  • Social Constructs

Adaptive Sports Abuse Prevention Training Conference
March 29-20, 2022 | Colorado Springs, CO
ASAP is a sexual abuse prevention training program for staff and volunteers of adaptive sports organizations. It is one of the few abuse
prevention education programs that addresses the unique realities of athletes with disabilities. This two day conference will qualify you to teach the ASAP curriculum in your organization.

Conference registration is FREE of charge.

Najeeb Siddiqui
GRANTS MANAGER
Najeebullah Siddiqui has more than 10 years experience in non-profit industry and USAID developmental projects such as agricultural, provision of small grants, gender mainstreaming and equality, training programs and value chain projects. Najeeb completed his master’s degree in business administration at Kardan University, Kabul, Afghanistan. He has travelled to more than 10 countries and organized several agricultural trade fairs, workshops and grants fairs. Born and raised in Kabul, Afghanistan, Najeeb moved to USA with his wife and 3 kids in 2018. He loves watching soccer and cricket on tv and playing volleyball with friends.
