EDUCATION CONFERENCE 2025

Move United will be hosting the 2025 Move United Education Conference in collaboration with the National Ability Center. The event will take place May 3 – 5, 2025 in Park City, Utah with pre-conference workshops running May 1 – 3. Save the date for this opportunity to join 400+ sport professionals over a common interest in elevating disability inclusion in sport. Stay tuned for the call for presenter proposals later this summer.

 

Member organizations will receive discounted access to registration and access to scholarship opportunities.

September - ACA paddling workshop at Achieve Tahoe

Game On-Community Places to Play Initiative Grant Funding

Game On-Community Places to Play is an initiative of The DICK’s Sporting Goods Foundation and LISC. The initiative provides funding and technical assistance to community-rooted organizations working to create and renovate multi-use youth sport spaces for youth ages 6-24 years old in under-resourced communities across the country. Special consideration will be given to proposals that demonstrate how their capital projects will support youth development programming.

MEET MOVE UNITED

Susan Rossi

Competition Director

Susan Rossi is a mission driven sport and rehabilitation professional with 22 years of knowledge/education, experience, and established relationships in the Paralympic and adaptive sports industry, including Adaptive Sports USA and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. She holds a BS from the University of Kansas in Exercise and Sport Science and a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership Management from Arizona State University. In addition, Susan is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Susan resides outside of Denver, CO with her husband, and elementary-aged daughter and son. She enjoys being outdoors and recreating in the Colorado sun, traveling and exploring new territory with family and friends, eating delicious ethnic food and live music.
