BLM Permits available to Member Organizations
Move United has signed a renewed memorandum of understanding with the Utah Bureau of Land Management for river-based recreational activities for wounded American military veterans on Utah BLM-administered lands and waterways. Move United member organizations that offer rafting and paddling sports as part of their regular activities are invited to apply for permits to the San Juan, Westwater and Desolation rivers. These permits are highly sought after and competitive, so the MOU provides exclusive access that ensures our nations wounded Warfighters have access to America's public lands and waterways. Move United member organizations interested in applying for the Utah river permits for the 2023 season should contact Julia Ray at JRay@MoveUnitedSport.org
