MEMBER ENGAGEMENT SESSION:

Practical Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Business

March 2nd | 2 PM Eastern

Effectively marketing to formerly marginalized folks from multiple communities—people with differing abilities/disabilities, low-income families, people of color, women, veterans, plus-size folks, and the LGBTQ+ community can be challenging. There are many barriers to overcome, changing social norms, and the language used to discuss race and identity has undergone significant change. This Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training will unpack the challenges and opportunities in a safe environment for vulnerable discussion. At the end of the talk, you will have the tools to level up your DEI program and attract employees and participants representing the changing American demographic.
