MEET MOVE UNITED

ERICA JOHNSON

TRAINING COORDINATOR

Erica Johnson joined Move United in October 2024 as the Training Coordinator, where she oversees the VA Training Grant and assists with other Education needs. She came from USA Football’s Education and Research team, serving in that role for three years. During her time there she oversaw and ran all councils and committees, assisted in the launch of several educational programs and initiatives especially aimed at girls and women in the game, refined health and safety materials like the Emergency Action Plan, and was part of the overall team that pushed for Flag Football in the 2028 Olympic games.

When not working, Erica enjoys being with her family and three dogs as well as being at baseball games during the season. She is excited to learn the process of the VA Training Grant and hopes to be a resource for all of those that benefit from it. In 2025, she is most looking forward to the Education Conference in May where she’ll get to meet many of the wonderful people Move United serves!
