Move United is seeking bids/proposals to host The Hartford Nationals for the 2025 & 2026 competition years. Host cities should have accessible venues and hotel properties, be attractive as a vacation destination, and be an affordable location for athletes and families attending the national championship event. The weeklong event, which occurs annually in July, is for youth and adult athletes with a physical disability, visual impairment, and/or intellectual disability.

Tommy joined the Move United team in 2023. He has been involved in the field of adaptive sports for over 7 years in various capacities ranging from management of programs/teams, event directing, coaching, and organizational development. He received his undergraduate degree in Special Education Transition Programming in 2017 and Master of Science in Adapted Physical Activity in 2018 from Slippery Rock University. He is a certified personal trainer through ACE and an Inclusive Fitness Trainer (CIFT) through ACSM/NCHPAD. He is a Pennsylvania native that currently resides in Charleston, SC. He also enjoys spending his time strength training, hiking, exploring with his partner, Holly, and spending time with friends & family.
