SAFETY

All persons on site during move-in/out are required to wear a reflective high visibility vest. (Vancouver Convention Centre sells safety vests which can be pre-ordered or purchased on-site)

All persons moving freight, or in the vicinity of heavy mobile equipment must wear CSA approved steel-toed footwear in accordance with WorkSafeBC Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.

All persons participating in, or in the vicinity of the movement of heavy overhead loads, must wear protective headgear.

Children under 15, including infants are prohibited from the show floor during move-in/out hours.

GARBAGE

We encourage exhibitors to remove their own shrink wrap, skids, and leftover wood during move-in/out. The show is charged for garbage removal from the floor, and your efforts during move-out can help keep space costs down.

Delivered to your inbox the VIBS Exhibitor Newsletter is the primary communication source for important information, deadlines and more.

Some exhibitors report that they don’t receive the newsletter, or it lands in their junk folder. We suggest to please check your junk folders periodically. If the newsletter is found there you can typically right click the email and under the Junk tab select one of the options to ensure the sender and/or email domain is allowed. All exhibitor newsletters are located on the show's website under the Exhibitor Tab, so you can also keep up to date on communications.
