Sharon Michels Breathing workshop was received by a nice crowd who all came away enlightened about breathing and how we individually breath. Sharon will be repeat the workshop in Jenkintown this time. You can sign up in the studio or email us to reserve your spot. Space will be limited.
Breathing is essential to life! It is the foundation of our system and retraining our respiration helps strengthen the core and connect to the pelvic floor. Breathing also decreases neck pain and increases range of motion in the neck and shoulders as well. The strongest of core muscles could still be misfiring. Breathing re-education promotes good breathing patterns and significantly improves the posture.
