Moving Means Room to Grow
We are thrilled to be able to provide students with a "small college campus" experience, additional programming and room to dream! We are extremely grateful to everyone who has helped support this very important investment into the future and lives of our students. When you are able, we invite you to take a tour of our beautiful new school!

Moving Means Reopening Safely
Administration has been hard at work all summer creating and changing reopening plans as they watched MA guidelines. They prepared students and families with three opening plans - in person, hybrid and remote. With our new campus, we are blessed with having room to bring students back safely in our current hybrid plan and to also have the flexibility to make any adjustments we might need in the upcoming weeks and months.

Moving Means Renewed Commitment
Faculty and staff will come together over the next few weeks to orient themselves to our new campus, share best practices in classroom instruction given our new and unpredictable environment, and to pray together as we thank our Good God for the faith, grace and perseverance we have all experienced and demonstrated during this challenging time.

The Current State of Our Mission
The opportunity of our new campus was in God's plan, and it is absolutely the solution we have been searching for over so many years. If you saw all of the challenges we listed in our strategic plans over the years, you would not believe how this incredible gift checks off so many solution boxes! We thank our Good God every day for answering our prayers!
At the same time, we now face what perhaps will be the biggest challenge of all time. A challenge we never could have anticipated. While we were able to quickly pivot in response to COVID-19 last year, all students successfully managed remote learning, and all our seniors graduated and were accepted into four year colleges, we have never experienced such a turn of events in our financial plans.
All at once ...
- We had already launched the silent phase of our capital campaign to purchase five school buildings from the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary
- We could not have our traditional in-person Gala and Auction, which was on target to exceed our goal of one third of our 2019-2020 financial need
- We experienced a loss in our investment portfolio
- We started to see a decrease in CWSP jobs as companies furloughed employees, cut spending and revisited their capacity to hire our students
- We stopped collecting tuition from families so they could let their children concentrate on learning and not on the burden of money
You can imagine the toll COVID-19 has made on our school's finances as we manage the ever-changing work force and an unpredictable future for the country.

So many of you have called, emailed and visited to find out how we are doing and what you can do to help. Thank you! Our need is great, and given everything going on locally, nationally and globally, our passion for our mission grows even stronger.
Guided by the Hallmarks of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, we have prayed, reflected and discussed in great depth who we are and why we are. We are more committed than ever to provide college and career opportunities for our students.
Without intentional investments in people and communities of color, and the individuals and organizations that work to address the removal of systemic barriers, real change will remain out of reach.
We invite you to move forward together with us in our ultimate vision to:
REMOVE INSTITUTIONAL BARRIERS
Provide students early access to professional networks and environments typically underrepresented in their
communities.
DECREASE ECONOMIC INEQUALITY
Help close the wealth divide by strengthening students’ pathways to a bachelor’s degree.
Individuals with a four-year degree earn over $1 million more over a lifetime than those without a degree.
ADVANCE RACIAL EQUITY
Be at the forefront of industry efforts to invest in education, uniquely complemented by career and technical training, to move society toward racial equity.
Invest in the lives of our high school students and invest in an equitable future!
