As we look toward re-opening our offices, the health, wellness and safety of our clients, team members, and community are always first and foremost at Wojcicki and Associates. Since there are still many unknowns surrounding COVID-19, it is necessary to take additional steps to protect ourselves and our clients.

We will be closely monitoring and will comply with the governor’s recommendations for re-opening. We want to thank everyone for their understanding, patience and support.
Wojcicki & Associates is following all CDC guidelines for sanitation and taking preventative measures to fight against COVID-19. We have increased our already high industry standards of cleanliness by adding further procedures to and want to share these procedures with you.
In addition to the daily rigorous after-hours cleaning being done by a professional cleaning company. We are implementing the following:

  • Encouraging virtual client visits and meetings
  • Encouraging employees to continue to work from home when possible to reduce the number of employees at the office at a given time
  • Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer available at each workstation, conference rooms, break room, and reception area
  • Employees are required to sanitize their workspace upon arrival
  • Wearing masks is encouraged outside of personal workspace
  • Sanitizing stations to be located at entrances for all visitors
  • Office maintenance team members will routinely disinfect frequently touched surfaces including doorknobs, electronics, and common areas
  • We are ensuring that sick team members stay home
  • We are asking any clients who are not feeling well to re-schedule meetings
  • Any client who has traveled internationally is to refrain from booking meetings for the recommended 14 days after travel and encouraged to meet via Zoom

If a client visit is essential:
  • Masks and gloves will be provided to the client in the reception area if they are not already using
  • Conference rooms are thoroughly sanitized prior to each meeting 
  • Conference room doors will be propped open upon arrival to avoid touching the handles
  • Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer will be available in conference rooms at all times
  • Distance markers will be provided and chairs will be spaced apart
  • Sterilized pens will be available for signing docs if clients don’t already have their own and will be encouraged to take it with them
