In 2000, MPNDC developed the Mt. Pleasant Neighborhood Center , a 57,000sq. ft. (3 story) commercial building that houses Cuyahoga Senior Adult Services , office space for the SEEDS of Literac y (GED & Career Development), office space for My Community My Commitment-My Com (Youth Development Services), and office space for 99 Treasures (entrepreneurship program for youth-teaching youth how to paint and sale their art) .
