Michael Norton shares fascinating research on how money can indeed buy happiness -- when you don't spend it on yourself.

Listen for surprising data on the many ways pro-social spending can benefit you, your work, and (of course) other people.

TED Talks: April 2014

Quote of the Day

"You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don't try to forget the mistakes, but you don't dwell on them. You don't let them have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space."
Johnny Cash

Putting failure in its proper place is certainly easier said than done.  Most of us remember the major mistakes in our lives, but rarely remember the successes.  Yet, "moving on" is always the best course for our well-being.
