Make your voice heard!

SAVE THE DATE! Tuesday, May 13th is Aging Advocacy Day

We will be heading to Madison to share our thoughts with our elected officials. We are looking for caregivers to join us and we will do the driving!

If you would be interested in joining us, especially if you don’t have to drive there and back, please let me know. I’ll add your name to the ongoing list and reconnect with you in Mid-April to see if you are still planning on attending.

I'm interested!

Caregiver Survey

Help us continue to advocate for you!

Below is information for a caregiver survey we conducted at the Guiding Caregivers to Wellness Event on November 2nd. These survey questions will help us identify what you, the caregivers, need in the form of support.

  •  If you were at the event and completed it then, there is nothing you need to do.

  • If you weren’t at the event, or if you haven’t already completed it, please do so now.

There are two ways you can complete this Quick, Eleven Question Survey:

Click here to print off a paper copy and send to me via email, US Mail or drop it off or take the survey online. The survey will be available through the end of day, Friday, December 20.

There are so many ways we can use this information to advocate for what you need to continue caring for your loved one.
