Have you considered TRUALTA?

A few years we were given the ability to share with caregivers a Website/Portal called, TRUALTA. While a good number of caregivers have opted to sign up and log into the educational offerings, I wanted to try this year to offer a sample of what you will find on TRUALTA so if you are signed up but not accessing or if you’ve never looked into it, these articles, will encourage you to engage or take the opportunity to sign up.

Check out, Worry Too Much Here’s How To Make a Worry Plan.

If you’d like more information, let me know and I will gladly connect you to the platform or, reconnect you if you’ve already signed up.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes have been scheduled for 2025! If you haven’t taken the class yet, I will encourage you to consider making the time to do so. Both you and your loved one will benefit from what you learn. On the back of the flyer are testimonials from caregivers who have taken the class.

If you have taken the class, share the flyer with another caregiver you know!
