MultiSport Canada is looking for great people who are outgoing, enthusiastic, athletic and hard working to be a part of our team. We provide organize and support various types of races/events from April to October throughout Central and Southern Ontario.
New Student Discount!
We have introduced a brand new student discount for the 2020 Triathlon Series. Students that are 22 years of age or under, as of Dec 31st of the race calendar year will receive 25% off their race registration at checkout. This discount applies to all Give-it-a-try, Sprint, Olympic and Long Courses races. KOS and Barrelman are excluded.
Race Specific Medals!
For 2020, MultiSport Canada is raising the bar yet again! Each of our events will now be handing out race specific medals in our triathlon series. 

Keeping our green initiatives in mind and to ensure we are not throwing away medals, we have ordered a specific quantity for each event. The number ordered is based on the past few years data and the number of finishers. We did it this way to maximize the opportunity for everyone to receive a race specific medal.

Race Specific Medals will be allocated to participants, based on when you registered and will be marked on your race bib. 

As an example, in Gravenhurst the first 900 people who register, including each member of a relay team, and complete the race will receive a "race specific" finishers medal. What position you finish will have no bearing on whether you receive a “race specific” finishers medal. All other finishers will receive a MultiSport Canada series finishers medal. Registering early has its benefits!
Athlete Training Tips
Why are you ignoring working on your weaknesses?
I listen as athletes all the time tell me that they want to get faster. They are hard working and put in the time, but when asked to work on something they are not good at they will ignore it. Why train 10-20 hrs a week only to have some little thing hold you back from your goal?  I've done it!!
Just training a lot will not always get you to your goals. So triathletes stop grabbing the pull buoy and paddles in a swim set when tired, learn other strokes break out of the Tri Swim Mode. Make the gym and mobility your 2020 priority.  Stop thinking the athlete with the best logs will be the fastest.
Weaknesses often act as a ceiling for your strengths.

Here’s your challenge!

What is something you have been avoiding in your training or even in your lifestyle? What is something that you would be willing to spend ten minutes a day on?
No goals, no expectations, just ten minutes.

Don’t set any expectations beyond spending the full ten minutes on it.
