OHFA has contracted with both Greer Construction and QCI Group to complete construction monitoring activities at OHFA funded projects. These consulting groups will be completing site visits at key milestones around 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. They will also complete other site visits at OHFA’s discretion. Each is assigned a portfolio of projects from application years 2020-2024, and they will be working on these through construction completion.
The consultants will reach out with OHFA staff copied on the first emails and will be requesting construction schedules to plan for when milestones will likely be reached. The counties each are working in are listed below.
