New Hampshire Housing (NH Housing) is excited to announce the upcoming launch of its Developer Handbook – an essential guide for working with NH Housing to finance the construction and preservation of affordable rental housing in New Hampshire.
Developer Handbook Rollout Plan
The Developer Handbook will be created and released in multiple phases over the coming months. Phase 1 will include guidance on eligibility:
- General Rules and Eligibility Narrative
- General Rules and Eligibility FAQs
- Design & Construction Eligibility Checklist
Subsequent phases will provide information on:
- Application rounds and funding reservations
- Progress phase requirements, underwriting, and due diligence
- Financing commitments and loan closings
- Construction oversight and ongoing compliance after project construction completion
