The 2025 9% Pre-Application and CHDO Certification Package is now available on our website. Pre-Applications and CHDO Certifications are due by January 3, 2025, by 5pm. Applications must be uploaded to our File Transfer Site by the deadline to be considered for the 2025 9% LIHTC round.
Pre-Applications and CHDO Certifications are reviewed on a per project basis. For each project seeking pre-application approval and/or CHDO certification, all materials must be included in that project’s file to be reviewed. Entities seeking a 2025 OHFA LIHTC Program Approval may fill out and submit item 6. Please note that additional information may be required for full program approval based on the applicable program Guidelines released later this year.
The 2025 9% LIHTC QAP – Frequently Asked Questions document as of November 5, 2024, has also been posted on our website. OHFA will continue to receive FAQs for the 2025 9%LIHTC program until January 10, 2025, by 5pm. Questions may be submitted to QAP@ohiohome.org.
The 2025 9% QAP Technical Assistance session recording and pdf from the 2024 Ohio Housing Conference have also been posted to our website.
Lastly, the 2025 9% Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) will be posted on our website by the end of the year. Approved applicants that submit in the 2025 9% LIHTC round must use the 2025 9% AHFA. A constant contact will be sent out once this has been made available on our website.
