Multifamily Loans with No Prepayment Penalty

Soundview is working with a national lender offering a compelling multifamily loan program with no prepayment penalty that includes the following:

  • Loan amount up to 70% LTV and 1.20x DSCR (with recourse, even partial recourse) or 1.3x DSCR (non-recourse)
  • 10-year fixed-rate term at an interest rate of 3.375%
  • 30-year amortization with 1-2 years of interest-only payments possible
  • Typically no reserves or escrows (for taxes, insurance, or replacement reserves)
  • They can underwrite some amount of future projected income (i.e. they don't need full stabilization prior to quoting or closing)
  • One of the easiest closing processes in the industry
