Please Keep Dogs Under Control!
A reminder to folks when out walking dogs in public: per Town ordinance, "It shall be unlawful for any dog, licensed or unlicensed, to run at large, except when used for hunting."
We have heard from many voices in the community of instances where dogs have been roaming from their owners' control, leading to uncomfortable situations with people and other dogs.
Please remember, even if you know your dog is friendly, that we all need to respect others and their need for space. Thank you!
