Curbside Yardwaste Collection
1. Curbside pickup of grass clippings, leaves, plant waste, and light brush takes place on the scheduled Saturday dates. Please review the street listing to find out your zone and scheduled collection dates. 
2. Place in 32 gallon standard garbage cans with lid and handles
3. Grass clippings, leaves, plant waste, and light brush can be mixed together during this period. Light brush should be tied with string in bundles no longer than 4 ft., or placed in 32 gallon standard garbage cans cut to the height of the garbage can. 
4. Fifty(50) pound limit per can or bundle
6. RESIDENTS ONLY (no contractors) may bring grass clipping and light brush to the Department of Public Works located on Jane Way off West Hanover Avenue during business hours, Monday-Saturday,
6 AM to 1:45 PM.

In observance of Labor Day, September 5, 2022 the Department of Public Works will be closed, and no collection services will take place. Below you will find the trash and recycling schedule for the week of Sept 5th-Sept 9th.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your anticipated cooperation. The Recycling Depot located on Jane Way is open Monday-Friday (except holidays) from 7 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 6 AM – 1:45 PM.

Township Committee Office Hours

Morris Township Police Dept.'s 2022 Citizen Police Academy
Have you ever been interested in learning more about how a police department operates and responds to incidents within your community? 

Citizen Police Academy: Monday nights from 6- 9 PM starting September 12 and ending on November, 14. The Citizen Police Academy is FREE and is on a first come first serve basis with a maximum enrollment of 20 people.
