Message from the Mayor

Hello everyone,

It's hard to believe we're already sending the last monthly e-newsletter of 2021. With winter weather arriving and Christmas lights going up across our communities, the holiday spirit is certainly alive and well across Lambton Shores.

As we embark on our holiday shopping, I invite everyone to join me in an effort to support our community by purchasing locally this holiday season. In the season of giving, there are also many local organizations in need of donations such as toys, food, and clothing. If you are in a position to donate, please consider supporting some of our incredible local not-for-profits and charities.

With the new year right around the corner, Lambton Public Health is gearing up for a strong finish to 2021. First and second doses are still available at clinics across Lambton County and vaccinations for children aged 5 to 11 are now available. To learn more about the vaccine and community clinics, please visit the LPH website.

Finally, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. I hope you are able to safely celebrate the holiday season with your loved ones, and I wish you all a healthy and happy New Year.

Stay warm,

Mayor Bill
